About Us
A. Williams Consulting seeks to equip and support leaders, organizations, and faith communities doing justice-centered work by providing faith-rooted, trauma-informed training, coaching, and resources—without sacrificing wellness, integrity, or sustainability.
We are committed to supporting leaders and communities at the intersection of faith and justice. We focus on critical areas including juvenile justice, youth advocacy and burnout prevention/ intervention, driven by a passion for impactful change and a belief that transformation only happens when we build together.
